I have not set up or tried the product out yet. The propane container was damaged when arrived. No response yet from customer service. Product came complete with safety glass, cover and metal cover to use as a coffee table when not in use. I am confident that this will work out well and will update accordingly. Set up was pretty easy. Throws good heat. All works but still no response from support about the damaged part. too bad would be a 5 star review except for support

The paint is already coming off after one rain fall, so i guess if it gets wet, the paint on concrete comes off. they should give you extra paint and water proof an outdoor item. this is ridiculous.

I was looking for a fire pit for the deck space off my bedroom . I had a budget yet also had a certain size I needed. I came across this fire pit and I am VERY happy! I had low expectations as my price range was limited and most fire pits in that range looked cheaply made. This fire pit works like a dream and it compliments my space beautifully. This item arrived with three holes in it. I sent them a message and that they still haven’t responded after more than 2 weeks.It doesn’t ignite correctly and the tank storage was also damaged.Don’t waste your money.

I think it looks great, it’s good quality, as described, my fire pit came first and then the tank cover the following day. Very well packed, very heavy. I did not have any damage. When starting the fire, you have to hold in the knob while pressing the ignition.

Pictures show the box for over the tank, but the one that comes with it is $100 more. Now, we have a "naked" tank that just sits next to it and it lacks the finished look we were hoping for. We get lots of compliments on the unit itself but, then the tank conversation inevitably follows. Wish we could get the tank cover separately but, not for $100.

The color wears off way too easily - every time it is covered I have more and more wear spots. It probably wasn't top-coated with any kind of protection. Although I love the fireplace, I'll need to remove the stain from the fiberglass, then apply some kind of gel stain. For the price, I would not expect to have to do significant repairs after 1 or 2 months usage - especially at this price point, which is far from cheap.

Gives off amazing heat and looks great I just think its a bit pricey. I guess its worth it if its what you want , I bought it as a gift I wouldn't pay that price for myself.

When it first came, it was broken . So, I send an email to the seller with pictures of the damage item. He quickly answered to my email, and few day after I received a new one. This product is amazing! I lovely! It come with everything, and it looks exactly as the one on pictures.
