I like how easy it is to use. It's not very complicated, but it does take some time to get used to sometimes. The fact that we can also have our own custom software is a great plus! We like having our images stored in one place for easy access from anywhere we are (office or home). It also provides us visibility into where each file resides - which means it's very helpful when searching through folders! I wish there were more options available as far back retrieval goes; however this isn't too much different than other products out their either so no complaints here at least yet about EI storage/retrieval functionality!! I like how easy it was for me to learn (it's not too difficult). The program has many different functions which are very helpful in my job as a radiologist. It also gives you the option to save images directly from the computer screen so there is no need to print them out and then have to find where they saved them. The ability for us as medical professionals in our department at work have access remotely via mobile devices or computers so we can quickly see what's going where without having someone there physically! It helps keep track but also shows when something changes compared from day-to-day which makes it easier than paper records alone sometimes because they get lost/misplaced easily if not stored properly somewhere else like my desktop computer hard drive etc.. I like how easy this program makes it for me to upload my images from my work computer to my home computer. It also helps me organize my files by date and by patient. The only thing that I don't like about this program is that there are not many options for customizing the file names. This can be annoying when trying to find a certain photo or document quickly.
