Would like to give zero stars. Unfortunately, when this adapter is connected, it interferes with the Bluetooth reception of other devices.

Doesn't work with my external hard drive which was the purpose of purchase. That way I could run this and also charge the controller and connect my bluetooth headset. Everything else works except the hard drive.

The design is excellent and saves space for additional cables. I had an external SSD card that I had previously plugged in. When I plugged it into this USB hub, it didn't connect properly. I tried using my PS4 without external storage and everything worked perfectly and it turned out that I didn't need any additional storage. As such, it looks great but doesn't work with external drives. The materials are also of decent quality.

I bought it for $3 less so the box was opened. It does its job, it's a good summary. I got it because I bought a game stick and didn't want to be limited to a USB port and it really helps, it seems like a cheap product not a bad product as it works really well at first I had connection issues and then Problems with the PS4 recognizing the game disc that was in the USB 3.0 port, but unplugging and reinserting seems to have fixed the issue. Does what it should. You can connect it to PS4 and get extra USB ports. The installation is very easy. It powers my charging dock and my 2TB hard drive. It even kind of matches the PS4's design so it doesn't feel completely out of place. If you're just looking for a few extra USB ports, this is definitely a good choice.
