Once the cartridge was in place it said low density. After a double reset, the toner reported no toner. No car! Another printer plugged in and also reported empty. Even paid extra for 2 days shipping to get an unusable toner!

After a month of trouble-free operation, the printer refused to detect the presence of a cartridge. I opened the top of the cartridge and saw an almost full bottle, but the printer had nothing to do with it.

This product is well presented but in my case the product itself did not live up to expectations. I put a black cartridge in it, everything is fine, the printer shows non-original toner. A few pages printed normally, then a black toner with a replacement appeared on the screen. Other colors of my toner are displayed normally, they are also not original (different brand). This brand of replacement toner did not work in my printer. return is in progress. I ordered another brand to test.

The black cartridge is installed normally and the printer shows non-genuine toner. Some pages print normally, then black toner appears on the screen. My other toner colors show up just fine. Toner change failed on my printer. return is in progress. I ordered another brand to test.
