Super easy to install. Main problem is that I installed it in my external wall and, as you can see in the video, the top walk anchor is not holding fast to the stucco wall, despite only applying minimal pressure when inserting or removing the charger. Only other complaint is that it does not appear that it is possible to remove the main unit from the piece attached to the wall, meaning I can't remove it and install again with better wall anchors. I'd looked around town for an oiled bronze toilet tissue tower at several stores without success. All of them in bronze seemed to come with a bar at the top to hang a roll of tissue.
