Great product in oven thermometer

bought this to have accurate readings in our van oven, tested it with my infrared thermometer and it is very accurate. Recommend it to anyone who loves to bake or uses their own oven.

SO EASY TO READ Good for oven thermometer

We can see it through the oven door. BIG benefits. And to hang it on a stand, it sticks to the stand in 2 places instead of one, making it very stable. If we want to put it on a stand, the base is wider than most so it's more stable. LOVE IT!

Neat, well done.

All right, but nowhere to put it. They seem to get in the way wherever I hang them. I've tried installing them from below, but the heat from the underlying element is making the readings unreliable. But after a while of use you will realize the imperfections of your oven and you won't need them anymore. My really good KitchenAid convection doesn't work, but I've learned its quirks.

Buy something better

I know thermometers are tricky, I did a lot of research and couldn't find one that seemed accurate. This set had large numbers which I thought would be easier to read through glass and got the best reviews. Both of my thermometers that I received are wrong, one more than the other, they don't even match. My oven works, it's brand new and I have a thermometer that can measure the temperature inside. So it's definitely a thermometer.
