My experience with efectvets was very positive, booking and cancellation system works perfectly!!

I like how easy it is to update information about our tours in this platform! It's also super useful for managing reservations since you can make changes right away if there are any doubts or issues that arise during trip. Sometimes we receive cancellations due to weather conditions but sometimes they don't notify us of these delays until after some time has passed so as soon as possible notification would be greatly appreciated :).
