I'm doing Beachbody's portion fix and workouts and have been using these to measure out my meals for the last two months. I don't use them for food storage or to heat up food so I can't speak to how leak-proof or heat-safe they are. The measurements seem to be right and the colors are accurate with the program, so I'm happy with this cheaper version of the "official" beachbody cups. I have always had an issue with portion sizes. I don't have that thing in my brain that tells my stomach to stop eating, you're full. Utilizing this diet, the 21-day fix, and these containers really has helped out. I'm in the middle of my second week, and have lost almost 15 lb. I'm hoping it becomes a way of life as opposed to just a quick 21-day diet

Portion control is easy with these containers. They are more of a stiff material, not like a Tupperware container but still very nice. Easy to clean and store. I 'love' the one little orange one that has the word "faith" on it. I bought two sets of these because of that one. When one is trying to care for their health and lose weight, faith definitely is a factor (for me anyway) and something about that little container reminds me of Matthew 17:20, "You don't have enough faith,"

So I purchased the set after reading the reviews. I guess the company listened. Mine were clean, labeled correctly, no cracks. I've used a set so far so good.

These bowls are everything to me! I had bariatric surgery last year, and these bowls make it so easy for me to prep meals and snacks without having to measure everything. Love the nesting for storage and I've had no issues with leaking.

Good quality but the guide provided is not correct. The blue portion cup is 1/4 cup. And the calculator for how many carbs is not the same as what is provided by beach body.

I love these portion cups. They are great to measure out foods for any meal. They are so compact and easy to stack in my lunch box for work. I also have not had any spills. Had an issue washing out some greasy hamburger meat but just need one more wash to get my containers to near brand new condition. Highly recommend!

Not leak proof. DO NOT use with any food with any liquid. If you do, plastic bag it. White stamp on lid begins to come off with first dishwasher run. So if you want the stamp to stay fresh try hand washing. They are great for assisting with portion control.

Haven’t used them yet! They just arrived today. But very excited everything is included as advertised and they even offer the guide thru an E-Book download very nice!

So far I’m really liking the containers! They look small at first glance but honestly, I fill them up and once I put the various combos together for my meals (example lunch.a carb, 1-2 veggies, a protein, I don’t even get to fruit because it’s filled me up!) This product is really convenient when your trying to eat in portions but you are on the go. The quality is good and the portions too.

Some of my containers leak but its not too big a deal. These are super helpful if you find yourself overeats (which is my biggest problem) these help me control that.

I don’t remember the beachbody ones being this tiny, but maybe it was wishful thinking. I feel like I’m going to starve with these. Pray for me, I’ll be happy if I make it past a week before I break into a Debbie food cake factory. They’ll find me on the floor cracked out on sugar, chocolate and Twinkie filling smeared on my face and clothes. These guys work great. It's hard to clean the lids a little bit but other than that they have been so helpful and are easy to store.
