Surprised how easy to assemble and use. Best mopping system that I have experienced.I leave bucket in kitchen sink for more convenience. Must have 9 ft ceiling or more.Emptied dirty water once to do kitchen.Mop completely goes under tight spaces, even goes under the kitchen range a couple inches.I like that the mop is extra long.Well thought out system.

The only thing I wish they would fix is the swivel / cleaning lock. The top of the mop pad stays dirty. It would be nice if you could switch sides or raise the cleaning rollers (1/2in to move past the mop pad) , in order to clean the whole mop pad.

So my wife suffers from carpal tunnel and use to be her ginny pig to go and rise the previous flat rag we had as a mop but NOT ANYMORE. I saw the items and it was great. My wife and I love this mop.
