Although it doesn't say it in the title, I can confirm that it works great with 1155 Ivy Bridge Core i5 and i7 processors. Please do not attempt to remove the Sandy Bridge CPU cover, these are soldered. I'm also not sure if Intel ever stopped soldering the Xeon IHS, but I won't investigate. Now I am absolutely certain that the bad reviews on this product are from people who through their own negligence have damaged their processor. They could use that, Rockit's Delider or DeBauer's Delider, and they'd probably destroy their processor anyway and then blame the tool for it. In general, be careful.
