This electric punch works as advertised. I printed almost 900 pages (10-20 pages at a time) right out of the box with no problems. It is easy to use and makes very little noise when working. "Punched" holes are easily cleaned from underneath the machine. Very good value for money.

I have this to help me punch 3 holes in strips of cardboard so I can fit individual pages from a National Geographic magazine into a 3 ring binder. Works perfectly! Much easier to use than a 3 hole manual punch and certainly MUCH easier to use than a single hole manual punch! This unit works beautifully! The electric punch seemed to work perfectly the first time I used it. However, after using it for a few days and inserting the perforated pages into the three ring binder, I noticed that the pages would not turn properly. After some investigation I found that the holes were punched too deep in the side. In other words, the holes had to be closer to the edge of the page for the pages to turn properly. There doesn't seem to be a way to set this. I've tried to compensate by not fully inserting the
