Crushes ice, but if the ice gets stuck, it gets stuck. Shake, then everything is fine. I have no regrets buying this mini blender. Someone else I know got one and the battery stopped charging. If this happens to me I will update it. If you don't see an update, it's working great.

Very inconvenient. I'm a truck driver, thought the truck charger would be perfect, but it won't fit in the cup holder unless I remove the top to reveal the screen. What is this unhygienic behavior? But the cup holder kept falling out, which bent the end of the USB cable. After fully charging, I tried to unplug the USB cable but it got stuck and broke. I suggest you redesign it with the charging port on the side.

I've gone through 2 of these. This product doesn't seem to mix well unless you're basically mixing a clean liquid. I've added protein powder and mostly thawed frozen bananas and it didn't work. He claimed to be able to mix ice cream but I doubt it. It took 15 minutes to press the blend button, it got stuck, I shook it, repeated it to get a partially blended protein shake with most of the protein still stuck under the blade in powder form. Very frustrating.

I was surprised that it actually works that well. It's a simple one-click button that shuffles content in about 20 seconds. Make sure you cut everything as small as possible as this will cause it to stop (indicated by the red light above the power button). It's a bit risky to clean around the blade and you have to put a filter on it or the cap won't fit.
