I've gone through 2 of these. This product doesn't seem to mix well unless you're basically mixing a clean liquid. I've added protein powder and mostly thawed frozen bananas and it didn't work. He claimed to be able to mix ice cream but I doubt it. It took 15 minutes to press the blend button, it got stuck, I shook it, repeated it to get a partially blended protein shake with most of the protein still stuck under the blade in powder form. Very frustrating.
