Carefully! Long pens

Be careful, these pens are very long. Of course, while this is stated in the description, this is not reflected in the photos of some customer reviews. These pins will become visible after you attach any type of shield, hat, or header wire. This keeps your device open to elements that could cause a short circuit.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Definitely need these

Use a piece to create extra space between the GPIO header on Pi4 Model B and the 4-channel HAT relay board. This extra space is necessary because the Pi is housed in a fanned case and the case itself does not fit on the HAT board but does have cutouts for port access. I cut the pins slightly shorter from the other piece, cutting lightly (but not evenly, my bad) with wire cutters. I didn't have to use the one with the shorter pins.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Worked for my purposes as it should with some modifications

This worked exactly for what I needed. I wanted to tip my hat off my case and fan and also have loose GPIO pins over my hat. I made some changes and got it working. I took one of those stackable connectors and cut all the pins in half (maybe even a little more than half). I won't lie, it was damn hard but I did it and it worked. Then I put one of those stackable elements on top of where I cut the pins. I then stacked this entire stack directly onto the Pi board's gpio. Then I put the hat on the
