Very small, incense crumbled. Big mess to clean up when incense falls. Incense burns badly, falls into stones and sand. Waste of money should have been $5

Broken. The glitter is already fading. I really like the look of this incense holder, but better packaging is needed for shipping. I have to re-glue the elephant to give this.

Very cute! But a lot less than I thought. Doesn't hold a regular sized incense stick and one of the elephants doesn't stand up straight and wobbles when the table wobbles. But its nice.

It is very cute and good quality. The item could use a little better packaging as the elephant's trunk was broken on arrival. We glued it back together lightly. It was so cute we bought another one for another elephant lover and it arrived safe and sound. We definitely recommend this item for that elephant lover!

Gloss on the outside fades even after a few months of purchase. And I don't really like glitter. Especially if you have to constantly shake out the ashes. Otherwise great design, sweet baby elephant and overall great mount. I love it and still use it almost every night. Makes the room nice and smelly :)

I love elephants so of course I wanted this incense holder. The problem is that the incense opening is tiny and keeps the incense low. I'm covered in ash I know I can cut off the incense stem, but the last time I tried, the end burned in the hole, making it difficult to get the rest of the stem out.

I love the look and the unique decor it brings to my home! I feel like the Essence Holder itself isn't very good at collecting the falling ash from the Essence. If the portion of the tray were a bit wider, I think it would hold more of the mess that incense sticks make when burned. Otherwise, and if you really don't mind cleaning up a bit of clutter after each fire, great!

This incense burner is absolutely stunning. It's even more beautiful than the pictures and it's really heavy which I like. It was packed very tightly in a box with foam, and there was also foil in the other box, but my case was broken off. I believe it's the shipping and not the people who packed it. I was able to tape it back very easily and you can't even tell. I would definitely buy it, it's a very good talking point.
