Glad I read the previous reviews. I ended up getting this and made a cardboard liner. I bought a large clothing box from UHaul. I cut the back of the box in half to allow it to fold on its own (because this bag is tapered at the top) and cut the front out of the box and trimmed to fit the bottom of the bag so the Base is made of double-thick cardboard. . I used this to store my 9ft Costco tree. My tree is divided into 5 sections. It was a bit tricky to put all the pieces in the bag and seal it. I had to press hard on the bag to close it. The zipper is not very good, it seemed like it was about to break. I added extra straps on the outside. The bag is also not boxy or reinforced as other reviews have stated. It tapers towards the top. This image is misleading as it suggests some sort of rectangular frame. After reading the description I realized that this is essentially a giant box shaped duffel bag so I actually cut open my Christmas tree box to put it in to create a frame of sorts within it by cutting holes for internal compression. I was very disappointed with this product. We had the tree in the original packaging and it was pretty much broken so I thought I'd take it. I really liked that it has handles and wheels for easy transport and storage. Unfortunately, this bag looks like a HUGE gym bag! Cleaning my artificial Christmas tree has never been so easy! This trolley storage bag was well packaged with a few dents in the box but no damage to the contents. The storage bag itself is made from really strong, durable fiber and has handles that make it easy to maneuver. (I'm 5 feet tall).
