I gave 3 stars to start with, that's AVERAGE. 2 stars for the bag itself and 5 stars for the support. Photos of the bag suggest that there is a "frame" inside that will hold its shape. It is not true. It is designed for trees up to 9 feet tall. I'm 7.5 feet, which is lighter. Divide the tree into three parts and place them in a bag. Use the straps to squeeze the sections of the tree together so they are smaller in diameter. I was about to grab the pouch at the end of the belt to roll away and the pouch was torn and the stand was sticking out. There were NO SHARP OBJECTS in the bag, I think it was just the weight. Otherwise everything was fine. For THIS reason I gave the product 2 stars. I emailed Elf Stor immediately to request a refund and that I kept the tree in its original packaging. They replied the next day. They said they would send a replacement. I replied to their email and explained that I had requested a refund. The next day they replied again that they didn't want to return the bag and gave a full refund. for their actions. I give them 5 stars! However, this is the type of problem that bothers many people when shopping online. Elf Stor has helped me build confidence in online shopping. When you shop at Elf Stor you can count on BIG support!
