I just received it. It doesn't stand on its own and I had to carry two bags to fit my 7ft tree, but the plastic looks and feels very sturdy.

Handy storage bag for small trees. It has a zipper that gives you full access to the bag. There are handles on the top and side, convenient to hold. I recommend this product.

Let me start by not using this bag as a wooden storage bag. I wanted a waterproof storage bag for the tractor. Since it's primarily canvas (woven poly) material, you'd think it would be fairly waterproof. Even a bit, I drove on the interstate in the rain for a couple of hours and everything inside was wet. Disappointed because this is the only storage jar that has the dimensions I need. Back to the search I guess.

This bag was good for my 6.5ft tree other bags were too big. I was able to put my original box and tree in the bag. I recommend putting the empty box in the bag and then adding the tree. If your box doesn't fit all the way in, try cutting it open to fit the tote as best as possible. I can store my tree upright with the box in it, the plastic bag keeps it dry and the handle makes it easy to retrieve from storage.

I bought this because my 7 foot tree didn't fit in the box last year. I saw another review that mentioned using a box as a structure. It totally helped. My box fit in my pocket with no problem - I put the box in an empty one first. With a bit of pressure on the branches, I disassembled it into three parts and put everything in a bag with no problems. Tired of lugging a five foot handleless box up and down stairs. I have a 7ft artificial tree and this bag was just the right length. (I got lucky). The height of the backpack allows a lot of space.
