I live in a studio so the length of the handle didn't bother me. If I had had a full-size seat, I would have waited for a longer handle. It is important to hydrate. This is the only direction. It collects dust and tiny crumbs and looks like pretty much anything. I was always dissatisfied that no matter what the broom did, I couldn't pick it all up. It does.

I can not say how effective it is because it is very inconvenient to use. At an extension of 37 inches (length of a lobby broom) it is not comfortable enough to use as a broom for a larger area. It picks up crumbs fairly well in small areas around the tray, but it can't be used for very long before it starts digging into my palm. Who thought being 37" was a good idea before the longer version was available?

Great concept, terrible execution. He has the potential to be an amazing broom, but he's made for a hobbit. I'm 5.7 and have to bend down to use it. The pen barely reaches the palm of my hand, and by the time I'm done I'm hunched over and my back hurts. I would buy a pin at a hardware store but this broom head screws into a pole which precludes that option and forces me to return the item. I wanted to love and couldn't.

I just used it to clean up broken glass and after it made clean up without broken glass easier I had to write this review. It perfectly sweeps away small dust particles, and in the case of broken glass, it is much easier to wash them off than with an ordinary brush. Someone checked this and said it was too short; I was hesitant to buy this at first when I saw a comment saying it had a telescoping handle. I look forward to using it to clean windows and mirrors.

I don't know how I lived without it all these years. Works equally well wet or dry. Perfectly collects dust, ash and broken glass. Also suitable for sweeping carpets! Easy to clean as there are no bristles to catch dirt. I keep it next to my desk in case something spills and also just as a 'supplier' for things rolling under my desk to make it as difficult to stow away as possible. Do not lean on the sloping floor. Well it's here today! This is less than I expected…. But my god, removing dog hair from my carpet is a BOMB! This is a very old "Oriental carpet". Can sweep, yes. Sweeps smoothly, soso. I've only used it a couple of times and noticed that it's slightly bent to one side at the edges. Customer support is virtually non-existent after purchasing the product, but the sales team is available if you have any questions about purchasing the product. This sweeper was disappointing on many counts. First I waited 5 weeks to receive it. The seller sent updates from time to time and offered to cancel the order if I wanted to, both of which were much appreciated; but I was so excited about the Sweeper concept that I was willing to wait.
