Used on my Echo Spot. Does what it should, simple and clear.

I bought these for my Echo Spot as I won't be using the camera anytime soon and didn't want to mess with the settings to disable the camera and so are the anti-hackers options. I wasn't sure at first if the hole would be big enough for the camera to be in place, but it looks like it ONLY has a big enough hole. I haven't checked if this is blocking part of the actual camera image, but it doesn't seem to be related. You just need to make sure the camera is in the center of the hole. The shutterโ€ฆ

Comfortable privacy screen

These laptop camera skins are amazing! I bought a multi pack to cover all my home and work cameras. These slides are a better option for me than tape etc as I occasionally need to use my camera for work meetings. The sliders are very easy to attach and easy to open/close. I have already recommended this product to others. Would buy again!

DO NOT USE WITH NEW MACBOOKS!

Just got back from the Apple Store after bringing my daughter's 5 month old 16" Macbook Pro because the retina display was broken. My daughter needs this computer for a distant school and I do was willing to give Apple hell for breaking a $2,300 five-month-old computer. Until the tech showed me the crack in the display right next to that camera cover! He told me the crack was because of that the laptop was closed with the lid closed. So if you have an old laptop with a frame around the screenโ€ฆ

Great product for some extra peace of mind

I have bought these for all my laptops, ipads etc. They give me a little more confidence that my home is safe if someone breaks into my systems - to work remotely and use work programs I suppose won't be difficult. I have a feeling if someone logs in, they will log in, but at least they can't see my home and family. I would buy again if needed.

Good product in webcam range

I used a piece of tape to cover the computer camera and it looked very tacky. This is a much nicer solution and looks great. Just slide the shutter button back and forth when you want to use the camera. It's not even visible on a black monitor. You get a set of six devices to take care of all your devices or to share them with others. Good value for money. I would buy again and highly recommend.

They are ok: computer accessories and peripherals

I loved how easy it was to fit the cases to our devices. The only thing I didn't like was that they still moved a bit instead of staying completely in place. Update: After having them on our phones for a few weeks I figured if you don't put your phone in your pocket it's only a matter of time before they fall. 2 out of 4 of our phones do not have cases. However, my laptop's camera still works.

What is the price of privacy? $700 for a new MacBook screen! Do not do that!

This product was just what I needed for the first few months! But little did I know that every time I closed my computer, my new MacBook's screen would become looser every time I closed it. Before you tell yourself that you carefully closed your laptop and I slammed it shut, you should know that my computer RARELY leaves the house and I don't have a scratch on the screen.
