The product arrived damaged. As it was bought as a gift I'm very disappointed but not surprised I guess. Should have known to buy a new one from the manufacturer. I'm coming back and planning to buy a new product from the Microsoft Store. Thank you anyway.

This product has been used but not repaired. The left bumper was broken; literally falls off the controller. The left paddles did not work properly. Regardless of what button mapping was assigned to the top left handle, the bottom left handle also assumed that mapping, regardless of how I explicitly mapped it in the config. Instead, I send the product back and buy a new one.

I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but this Elite refurbished controller doesn't look like it's actually been refurbished. It was in good condition, so unchecked, but it keeps losing connection and the y key gets stuck. I only had it a few weeks. I wouldn't buy from these folks as I think it's easy to find a problem with it if tested properly before reselling it as a refurbished controller.

If you expect the product to be "like new" then it is NOT. I am giving these 2 stars because the description is wrong and they have NOT been tested or repaired by certified people.
