The tablet connection that holds the Ipad 12.9 is unreliable

The connection between the tablet and the stand is not as reliable as we would like. The tablet and iPad fall off the stand when moving. The stand works great. It's just a connection point that isn't stable.

Compact yet sturdy, the best among computers and accessories

My only issue with purchasing this product was the delay in delivery. I left work early to be home to get a delivery but it didn't arrive at the scheduled time. The tripod is great. My wife is a musician and this is a great addition to her gear. The 10 inch tablet fits perfectly.

High quality product!

Purchased for iPad Pro 12.9 inch. Very powerful for such a heavy object. Easy to set up and great quality. I hope it lasts longer than my other shelves. I'll check how much you're worth. Hopefully!

Great tripod, maybe not the best design to hold your phone if you want to phone on a stand.

So when I ordered it it didn't have any reviews yet so you never know what you're going to get. I was positively surprised. It seems to be a pretty good design as described. My only complaint is with the phone holder. When using an iPhone 12 Pro Max in a mount, this will cover the microphone. When you FaceTiming someone, the audio is cut off so they only get snippets. (We haven't tried it with an iPad yet, but I think it'll be fine.) So we replaced the included phone holder with a smaller one…

Poor electronics

Detachable phone/iPad stand is poorly constructed. It doesn't snap into the main structure, so any time you touch the device while it's installed, you risk dropping it on the floor.

does not work with iPad Pro 12.9

The description of this item says that it works with iPad Pro 12.9. Things aren't going well for him. The weight of 12.9 makes the twist lock unusable. It crashes and doesn't support iPad for browsing. It only fixes the iPad in the sideways (horizontal) position. It does not open to provide vertical clamping. Even if it is, the ball joint is NOT strong enough to hold the iPad securely.

good standing; the holder did not fit me

Nice stand; quite durable for its size and weight. Folds down to a very convenient size. I have a Samsung S7+ tablet and the mount works great in landscape mode. It doesn't hold up in portrait mode as it slowly slides down (and eventually pops out when I let go of it). Seems,
