I love this mug! Keeps drinks warm for a long time. Certainly not as good as my Contigo, but I was looking for something that was microwavable and easy to clean, and it definitely fits! I like the rubber base, no stand required :) The only thing I would change is that it's a bit big, I'd prefer it to be the size of a regular cup. But until ello makes this mug smaller, it's almost perfect! I received a greenish color and it looks the same as in the picture.

Perfect! I needed a travel mug that wasn't metal as I think drinking from an insulated metal travel mug ruins the coffee flavor. This keeps my coffee at a great temperature for about 30 minutes, which is more than enough time to finish my coffee on the way to work. Large mug. I get so many compliments on a mug. Everyone loves the design, color and materials. Ceramic is an advantage; I can put it in the microwave and in the dishwasher. There are a few issues with this mug. First, it gets very hot, a few seconds after you pour hot water in it, it's too hot to lift. every part except the handle. There is no secondary air hole, so liquid will not leak out of the hole when drinking, so it cannot be used with a travel item. I'll have my husband drill some holes in the top so it has a vacuum. This travel mug is exactly what I was looking for. Pros: It's really big. I have a Ninja Auto IQ coffee maker that can brew multiple coffees. (More than a regular travel mug). Looks good but totally useless for its intended purpose. Double-walled ceramic does not retain heat. In fact, I'm surprisingly convinced that it actually accelerates heat loss. If you pour very hot coffee into a cup, the outside surface will get hot enough to burn you. Sounds like an exaggeration, but I assure you it is not.
