This mouse pad goes great with my optical mouse and if you have a lot of sticky notes (especially small ones) on hand it's a pretty good organizational tool. Hubby is the king of fasting! They are everywhere! It really helped curb the mess! We tried the item you attached to the side of the monitor. They didn't work for several reasons. They take up space on the monitor screen and when mounted on a laptop it will be a problem to close it as it is "glued" on the sides. THIS product is the ticket for us!

What you see is what you get. There are two transparent sheets for storing notes/cards etc. Writing on the pad is very comfortable and I like using it as a mouse pad. Ordinary mouse pads don't work as organizers either. They are also difficult to clean and end up just being thrown away. These are plastic sheets that can be easily wiped clean. I bought this to keep up with my studies and it's a great tool (although it doesn't solve my procrastination problem lol). I printed out an individual school week plan sheet and taped it behind the second layer of plastic. I use this layer of plastic for writing and it is protected from abrasion by the top layer which is the surface of the mouse pad. I always have my thin show marker to hand in a pen holder at the top. Brilliant product.

The concept of this organizer is great but the materials are so cheap and poorly made. I ordered and the first one had a piece of the bottom plastic ripped off. I came back and asked for the same item, namely the pen holder and first layer of plastic weren't attached properly so that's being returned as well. Let's return to the search for a similar product of better quality.

There are a few things the buyer needs to know about this product. First there are 2 plastic sheet covers, one is for tasks and the other is blank. I was glad to see an empty one as I probably wouldn't be completing tasks on a daily basis. Instead, I put a calendar sheet in between. I like having the calendar with me.
