Nice little fan with cool light and gentle breeze. The fan is almost silent, but not strong.

This review is not based on a PC app. I use it on my Budweiser mini fridge to increase cooling performance. Small mini-fridges do not have air distribution, and even a small fan will lower the temperature by at least 5 degrees. This is enough to chill your drink but not freeze it. An added bonus is that the fan features a blue LED, which also doubles as a light source for viewing the fridge. I use a similar fan in my fridge on wheels and this fan won't be enough due to the very low airflow, but

Reliable fan, fairly good noise level

This USB fan is very easy to use, just plug it in and cool any surface or device that gets too hot. The volume is quite good, which is to be expected from an open fan. It is ideal for mounting on a laptop with integrated graphics when connected to an external monitor and running in hot mode. I pair it with a laptop cooling pad on the bottom and everything stays pretty cool.

Perfect for cooling a hot laptop

I have an amazing laptop but I test it by playing games, creating games and running high quality video and graphics editing programs. Regular built-in fans keep it warm anyway. I've tried laptop coolers that help raise the keyboard but don't always keep the laptop cool. This fan does its job very well. The light helps me remember to turn it off when I go to bed. Exactly what I needed.

Great for cooling two Raspberry Pis

I have a pair of Raspberry Pi 4s which run hotter than previous, slower Pis. After some searching I found this nice big fan. I put two Pis on top and taped them together (to protect them from tipping, sliding, etc) and connected the fan to the nearest USB bus. It's backlit with soft blue LEDs, which I didn't really need, but it's handy to see at a glance if it's working. It keeps the temperature of both Pis about 10 degrees cooler; They still operate on the warm side, 33°C/91°F in a 60°F room…
