I like that it's easy to use, has lots of templates which are very customizable as well! The only thing is when you have too many emails in your list - sometimes there can be some lag time between sending an email out for recipients who haven't opened yet or replied back (which could mean another round goes by before they get their response). The best thing I like about email chef is that it gives me more control over my mailing lists than other programs I have used in the past, so I can see what gets opened up or not! It's also very easy to use. Other than a few minor features that could be improved (i.e. more templates), everything else works well for my needs.
