Good and bad. in building materials

Two ordered. They work as advertised, but this is an example where a brick-and-mortar store works well. One was in perfect condition, the other was missing all nuts and washers, also one of the coil leads was dented and needed rethreading. Took me a few bucks and a half a day but I expected more.
