Emerson Radio CKS5055B SmartSet Display Review

The biggest word on the front of the box is 'Smart Dial'. It is assumed to install itself. It does not work. And the snooze button is too small and easy to miss in the row of buttons on top of this thing. It was taken to a garage/store as it was unusable in the bedroom.

I returned my first Emerson radio and have now received my second Emerson radio. That does not work. So I called Emerson's customer service and spoke to their representative. I was told that Emerson no longer makes radios. I was told to put in a new battery (Discount Jungle sent me a battery) and if it doesn't work, it won't work. I put a new battery in and it didn't work. I WANT A RETURN MAILING INSERT TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT AND DESCRIBE MY AMERICAN EXPRESS

When I connected the radio, it did not turn on as it should. I thought the battery was dead so I bought a new battery ($5.99) and replaced it. When I plugged the radio back in and set the time zone, it still wasn't set automatically. I set the time manually, but the day is still two days behind. In case of power failure, it will not reset to the correct time after power on again, it needs to be set manually. I've had the same model for the last five years and loved it so I wanted the same model

I bought not one but two clock radios hoping that one would serve as a backup for the other if anything happened over the years. Unfortunately, none of the items worked properly. I read the instructions and tried using the alarm features on both devices but they didn't work. My problem with things like this is that the manufacturer's quality control should be of a higher standard. The watch is broken but the seller is good. I used to have a Smart Set watch so I know how it should work. This watch was returned by someone else and is defective. The clock didn't change the time when I set the time zone; I had to do it manually. The clock will ring at the time it is NOT set to, even if it is not plugged in the alarm will sound at a very strange time.
