This is a PAPER plate. That's exactly what I wanted. It has no cover. That's exactly what I wanted. It was a good price. That's exactly what I wanted. Seriously, these are paper plates, with an emphasis on PAPER. I use them for food, crafts etc and they hold everything I need. It confuses me so much when people complain that the PAPER PLATE is "thin". Buy paper plate holders, stop thinking about it and keep moving! giggle

I bought these plates to use with reusable plastic plate holders so I thought hey they don't need to be strong and besides how fragile can they be? The answer is bloody stupid. They fit in plate holders and the food isn't soaked yet so I shouldn't have any complaints. And I'm not really complaining, just expressing my surprise at how fragile a plate can be and still keep its shape. Without a cymbal holder, you'll need three or more to support each weight. I think good for crafting.

Usually Revain and Walmart have the same product quality and similar prices. That's impressive given that Walmart is a company that's hard to compete on price. However, these plates cost as much, if not more, than a pack of same-sized paper plates from Walmart and are about twice as thin. You literally have to snap 3-4 plates together to get enough strength out of them to even hold a sandwich. This means that out of a stack of 100 plates, you can only use about 25 plates.
