Very nice case and quality screen protector

The style and design looks amazing and far exceeded my expectations for the $17 combo set. It's way better than the Otter Box Commuter case I had on my previous phone. I hope to find the same screen protector sold separately - it sticks to the edges with no bubbles. The case lasts for years, but great screen protectors need to be replaced every year or so. We have been using this case for more than a month, we like the quality and aesthetics of the design.

I bought this case for 3 iPhone XR phones, I had a case and a holster. I think it's a good case but the customer service from the company is below average. I had those Case used for 6 months or so and the clip holding the phone in the holster broke.I have tried contacting the company via email and phone with no response.One of the main reasons I bought your case and holster bought was the company behind their product.I'm disappointed in 2019 that companies don't care about their customers…

The company stands behind their product

I purchased this case and holster in December 2018. I used to have Otterbox cases with holsters. But I wanted something less bulky but still protective. I was wary of the holster and how the phone attaches to it. But I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. The clip on the belt loosened a bit over time, but it was still ok. Last week (February 2020, so more than a year after purchase) the clip holding the phone in the holster broke. I went to their website and applied, not necessarily…

I really liked this case but it broke after 4-5 months and Encased gave me my money back

This is a GREAT case and GREAT belt clip. Everything fits snugly and securely, and the separate plastic screen protector fits seamlessly and perfectly, even for that guy who doesn't have the patience to put on things that might require extra effort to get rid of air bubbles. The material of the case feels great - rubberized around the edges and smooth and sleek on the back. Haven't dropped the phone yet so can't comment on the protection level of the phone but I'm very optimistic that this case
