Crashed after 24 hours of use

Crashed after only 24 hours of use, maybe less. My fans worked when I first plugged this in and now it doesn't work at all. I unplugged it for a normal connection to my PSU and my fans are working again. This is very low quality. Purchase at your own risk.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Minor issues

Solution in front of fan hub

Solution between 2-way splitter and fan hub. I've usually seen fan hubs where you can add 6 to 8 fans. Since the fan header on the motherboard is usually set at 1 amp, I would be afraid to use more than 5 fans depending on the fan type. While a two-way splitter doesn't take full advantage of your port. I made a build for my brother using a budget motherboard with limited fan headers and greatly upgraded the fan options for his case.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Upgradeable

What can you say about that?

Does what it promises. Nothing to say. Edit on 5/22/21 wires shorted or something. Not sure what happened. I plugged it into fan connector 1 and noticed that my fans were running much louder than usual and running at full speed. I went into UEFI and saw no signal on fan connector 1. I unplugged that splitter and plugged in another 2-in-1 splitter and everything was fine. The lifespan of this item is short. would not recommend.

Pros
  • Well made
Cons
  • Expensive

Fan RPM drops somewhere between 200-500 RPM.

Fans rated at 2000 RPM that perform as expected from a single fan connector will not reach those speeds when using this adapter. The speed is reduced from approx. 100-600 rpm. I'm not sure if this is the result of too many fans on a single header, so I don't think it would be such a good option for multiple fans. Other cables with fan connectors also seem to slow down the rotation a bit. Perhaps some sort of fan control would work best. GL

Pros
  • Multiple Competitors
Cons
  • Clearly Bad Product

Does the Job: Computers and Accessories

So my new motherboard only had one case fan connector, but my PC build has five fans. I had a splitter cable to work with, but that still left me with the problem of not enough connectors and lots of control cables when sharing the splitter with another splitter (previously, what follows me?) into this unit. It's simple but gets the job done. Four case fan headers and one processor header are easily accessible here. There is tape on the back to secure it in the case and after that you canโ€ฆ

Pros
  • It's Amazing
