I bought another brand and they fell apart after wearing them about 10 times and I know I felt more confident walking longer on ice and snow. It is so good. They are easy to walk on and I really feel very safe skating on them. I appreciate it! Thank you!

love them! I walked on ice and packed snow without fear of slipping. I wear size 8 1/2 snowshoes with a fairly thick rubber tread and ordered them a large size and they work great. Husband ordered next day. We are of retirement age and can now walk fearlessly in winter. I think I can even use them in spring for hiking on muddy trails.

Hasn't been used yet but from the looks of these cleats are seriously designed to provide a sure footing in icy snow. I'm not sure how well the metal chains grip the reinforced rubber straps. Only time can tell. The reviews seem to be positive, so for now they're staying on the shoe rack, waiting for the first icy conditions. I would recommend them for their build quality and the materials used.

I bought the largest size and they go perfectly with my boots (size 11.5 EE) and my Sorel winter boots (size 12). The boots are very large so I didn't think they would fit but they did. Also, I was concerned about the spikes coming off like other product reviews, but so far there have been none - none. I used them twice for hikes that lasted about 2 hours. Needless to say, they are very grippy on snow and ice.

I'm not a big fan of surfing and fishing on the pier but recently had the opportunity to go and wanted some more grip when jumping off rocks on the pier. These buckled cleats worked well enough for me to hike north in Minnesota in late February to check out the falls.
