Description of Ultimate Performance Upgrade: Energy Suspension 4.2121G Front Spring Bushing Set for Ford 4WD

High quality. High performance. Professional products. Hyper-Flex replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently.

Great product for spares

What an improvement they have made over the stock sockets. Pressing them in wasn't difficult at all with some grease and a hammer.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Not sure

Good for application

Not suitable for tilt bracket kit. Unfortunately there is no PN for the shackle flip kit, I'm still trying to find the last two steel pins needed.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • No power

Great Product - Leaf Springs and Parts

Much Better Than Original Equipment Bushings. I didn't notice any difference in handling, hey, it's a heavy 3/4 ton, 4WD, diesel. But easy to install and should last a lot longer.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Long Lead Time

Solid bushings: spare parts

Installed them on the front of a 1984 Ford F250. They work very well and install fairly smoothly, at least as smoothly as you would expect fitting bushings to the front of a 4WD vehicle.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons

So far so good - bushings

Installed at a local store for a total of $275 vs. $600+ at chain stores. Works well so far and no squeaks have been noticed as some reviews have warned (the store says they lubricate before installation).

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Quality

Great fit and a big improvement over my worn one.

Great fit and a big improvement over my worn bushings. There are no scripts yet. Overall I am more than satisfied with the handling and performance, I would recommend them to anyone. (Fits my 1991 F350 with Dana 60 front axle)

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • The list will be long.

91 Front of Ford F250 4X4 Dana 50 IFS.

Worked well. I suggest you remove the passenger side leaf spring and completely remove the passenger side IFS half. Do all those jacks and leave them, don't reinstall them. Then for the driver side IFS half with differential, first remove the bolt holding the axle at the pivot, push out the bushing and replace, align and reinstall the bolt, THEN remove the leaf spring and make these jacks. Makes it a lot easier. Also consider replacing the innermost U-joint on the passenger side as it is…

Pros
  • Sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Reliability

Great bushings for my 1997 F-350 7.3 4x4 Diesel!

I bought this bushing kit because my 17 year old bushings were completely shot up (as I found out when trying to align one day). I'm glad I swapped out the old rubbers for these. The ride is stiffer than before, mainly due to the fact that the truck doesn't lean or roll around corners as much as it used to, but I like it because it's a four-wheel drive car and I like to feel what I'm feeling . I keep driving. Now the truck feels a little straighter than before and a little more level. It may…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Nothing
