Using this 360mm all in one on an i5-9600k at stock speeds. 30 degrees Celsius when idling and 40 degrees in games. The maximum temperature I've seen so far is 50 degrees. The pump itself is very quiet. I don't hear it because of my fans. I don't use stock fans so I don't know what they are like. Installation is easy if you have installed a CPU cooler before. My Ryzen 7 3700X @ 4.3 GHz constantly cools down to below 40 degrees when idling and never gets even close to 70 degrees Celsius under constant full load, rendering videos for 10+ minutes! Works great, this is the easiest AIO I've ever installed. Can handle a fairly large OC of 5.1GHz on my 9700k and doesn't go above 85C in stress tests and stays around 70C in real games. The mounting surface on the water block is huge so I'd love to have it on too use a larger Ryzen chip where some of the cheaper AIOs are more rounded and don't cover the corners. I know functionally it's probably good, but I just hate buying an expensive processor and wasting money on a cooler that doesn't cover
