Great Customer Service paired wth Fantastic Products

It allows me to send out emails that are easy for customers to open, read & respond too! I love how quickly they can answer questions or change their mind about an idea/ideal. One of my favorite features - it's so simple! The only downside would be if you have less than 20 people in your organization using this software because then there isn't much customization available when sending mass communications through email (like with other products). Also having all employees use one platform makes

Engage Solution helped me navigate my software selection process and made it easy

The team at engage selling worked with us to develop, design & implement our new CRM system for Salesforce! I have nothing bad about working or interacting witheveryone in this organization - they are all fantastic people who put 100% into their work day every single weekday!! Highly recommend engaging sales solution when selecting your ERP vendor- you will be glad that u did. We needed help creating an effective customer database/CRM as well has tracking of customers across multiple channels
