Description of Engine foam decoking LAVR Complex, 400 ml, Ln2510
COMPLEX engine decarbonizer is a foam composition that cleans the entire volume of the combustion chamber from the roof to the compression rings in 30 minutes. Effectively eliminates such symptoms as increased fuel consumption, reduced power, deterioration in throttle response and dynamics, smoke, compression difference in cylinders. Suitable for cleaning intake and exhaust valves. If the instructions are followed, the formula is safe for all types of piston coatings, oil pan paintwork and rubber parts. It is used for all types of gasoline and diesel engines, including V-shaped and boxer, as well as those in which the combustion chamber is formed by a significant recess in the piston.
Completely cleans the combustion chamber, including intake and exhaust manifolds
Ideal for V-twin, boxer, in-line engines
Decarbonises compression rings
Restores compression when deviating from the norm by 10 - 15%
Ultra-long-lasting foam formula
Complete cleansing in 30 minutes
Only 2 foaming cycles required
The agent is neutral to alusil, nikasil, teflon
Long tube 60 cm for spraying the composition
COMPLEX engine foam decarbonizer is intended both for independent use and as a service tool.
Shake well before use! Use when the cylinder temperature is above +15°C.
Warm up the engine to a temperature not exceeding +50°C.
Switch off the ignition system (for example, disconnect the ignition coil terminal). This will prevent the failure of the high-voltage part of the ignition system and the possible ignition of the vapors of the composition.
For a gasoline engine, remove the spark plugs. For diesel - glow plugs or nozzles.
Set the pistons to a position close to the middle by turning the crankshaft by the pulley mounting nut, or using the drive wheel with the gear engaged (on vehicles with a manual transmission). You can determine the position of the pistons through the technological holes with a long probe.
Introduce the composition into the cylinders using an extension tube until the entire volume of the combustion chamber is filled with foam.
Leave the composition for 25 minutes to act on pollution.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all cylinders and leave for 5 minutes. Do not increase the residence time of the compound in the engine to avoid the risk of damage to the oil pan paintwork.
Clear technological holes. Remove product residues from the cylinders (eg with a syringe with extension tube) and blow out with compressed air. Cover the technological holes with a dense cloth and turn the engine over with a starter for 5-10 seconds. Remove residues of the composition from the surfaces with a dry cloth.
Remove used oil from the engine as completely as possible using the most efficient method for your vehicle. Replace oil filter and fill with new oil.
Install the dismantled components and parts. Make sure the assembly is correct.
After cleaning the first 5-10 km, do not load the engine with high speeds.
