Very Pleased With Overall Performance Of IBM Business Analytics

I like that all employees are knowledgeable about their product which allows for consistency throughout our organization as well as with other companies within the same field. Some aspects such as customer service could use some improvement. The support staff at this time seems very distant from customers or even eachother sometimes! They should definitely improve training options available in order to make sure everyone has proper knowledge regarding what they do best. We have been able to…

Useful cloud-based Warehouse management solution

The ability for us as consultants or internal IT staff members who are working with other departments in our organization (such has Finance) can easily create reports that we need without having someone else do it first!
