I'm surprised they got such good reviews. I bought 4-7 year old for my 4 year old daughter (shoes for little kids size 9) and 8-12 year old for my sons 8 and 10 year old (size 3 and 4 for big kids). As soon as I opened the socks for 8-12 years, I noticed that they were too small for my older children. In the end I left it to my daughter. I have a feeling that "4-7 years old" should actually be labeled as "small children's shoes size 4-7"? Especially after hearing that they shrink after washing…

My daughter absolutely loves these socks! They turned out to be a lot thicker than expected, which pleasantly surprised us. Very soft and perfect sock for boots!

Bought for my daughter to keep her feet warm in winter. She loved the designs and colors. They are thick and soft to the touch and even wash well. The problem is the 40% wool content. Wool can be very itchy, and this also applies to these socks. So, although my daughter was initially very excited to wear them, she now prefers to wear her thin cotton summer socks all winter because, to her mind, those socks are unbearably itchy.

These socks are nice and thick, soft and warm. But the size is gone. My 9 year old wears size 7 big booties and these socks are too small for him. I was going to return them but he likes the print so he wears them anyway. The heel of the sock is on the sole of the foot. They look like socks on him. I don't expect him to be able to wear them next winter either.

So happy to have it. They are machine washable and don't stretch much. Bought a smaller size for my son last year and will be back again this year for the next size up. These are his favorite socks!

Cute socks but prickly on the inside. Some children have sensory problems. If your kids don't like socks that are rough inside; do not buy.

My daughter loves them but they were a little big for her. Also, the extra material (presumably for insulation) meant she couldn't wear them with her regular shoes. Due to the size problem, she mostly wears them as house socks.

This is the second set of these cozy socks that we have purchased. The 1st set is still going, but we wanted more color options. They are durable, soft and warm feet.

My 4 year old says they are bright, soft and pretty. I was hesitant at first as I saw a lot of reviews saying they went under after the first one but I had no problems with that. I washed them in cold water and threw them in the dryer, they're still soft and haven't shrunk.

My 5 year old loves his cozy space socks! He wore them all winter. I bought size 8-12 based on reviews and size chart, he wears shoes 12 and the socks fit perfectly. I machine wash and tumble dry it, I haven't noticed much shrinkage. Also for those worried about "dog hair", it's sheep's wool - it's wool socks, it's natural! Decreases after washing. My son loves that they are soft. But they look terrible. He's 6 so I let him wear them but they are very poor quality. Wouldn't recommend it.

socks are of good quality. These are definitely winter socks. The colors are great. One of the pairs was pink so I wasn't sure if the boys would wear that particular pair.

Very happy with the socks! They are soft and warm and hold up well after 2 months of use. I was concerned they would be slippery on wooden floors but it's not as bad as I thought.
