Works at home with a 12v Rally portable cooler and heater and a 60w converter

Do you have a 12V Rally Portable Cooler & Heater (#7285) that has been sitting in the closet for years. My sister wanted to use it in her room to store some snacks. I have a 5A 60W car charger adapter and it works well for my sister. However, it makes audible noises in the room.
