Epson LabelWorks Cable Label C51CB70190 Review

I bought this label maker because I could use it to label cables for everyone in my family, cell phone cables, headphones and chargers. The grandchildren often lost their umbilical cord, then they took it from me or my husbands and we never saw our umbilical cord again. For new cables I would spend 20-30€. It had to stop. So now all of our helpers are marked with our initials and that helps my grandkids not fight over helpers.

The product isn't that bad when it works but the tech support from Epson is really terrible. This device stopped working with "Engine Error" after using it twice. I spent 3 hours on the phone on 2 phone calls because they didn't believe me that the serial number printed on the label of the device is the serial number of the device. This was after they promised to send a replacement. My advice: choose a manufacturer other than Epson to buy a label printer if you think you may need tech support.

The labeling machine is convenient and easy to operate. This is perfect for what I wanted to do. There were no problems. The case is plastic, so don't drop it from a height of 10 feet or more. Otherwise it makes a quite robust impression. I would like a case for extra tape cassettes. This is a good investment and I will definitely buy it again.
