The ease of use of this program makes it so much easier to get the data you need in a timely manner. It also allows us to pull all our different databases together in one place so we don't have to go back and forth between multiple programs. There really isn't anything I dislike about this program. The system allows us at our facility to track all of our incoming solid wastes so we understand what materials go where - helping make sure nothing goes missing! Our customers love knowing how their input/wastes will be used or disposed once out in the environment. We have had minimal issues with this program since it was implemented over 15 years ago; however there were some minor updates made which allowed easier use by staff members (specifically when doing bulk item transfers). It’s good to have an inventory list of all materials used by our facility. The reports it generates also help us keep track of what we use. I like how easy it is to update them with new data from suppliers and vendors. Sometimes you receive updates but not as frequently as you would like. For example a report might show 1 ton instead of 2 tons when you submit another request so they will be updated later in the day or week.
