This is a strange looking container of facial cleanser with some dark things floating in the goo that is the facial cleanser. It is a gel type stuff that comes in a pump that works well and makes it easy to pump out just what is needed.Once it is out on your fingers you just gently rub it around on your face. This Erno Laszlo Refreshing Double Cleanser removed every inch of dirt and makeup on my face without leaving me skin feeling dry or tight. In fact, it made my skin feel really soft. It even removed all of my waterproof mascara. I can tell it gently exfoliated the dead skin because my face feels so baby soft after using. I normally double cleanse my face with face soap and then an exfoliating cleanser, but with this I can knock out both steps in one.

Erno Laszlo Refreshing Double Cleanser is decent. It lathers well and rinses clean. My skin feels soft after using it and even though I have sensitive skin I have not had any break outs or bad reactions from using this. This cleanser is a bit expensive and I am not sure about the ingredients list but overall it is okay.

I consider this very expensive at the current list price of $42. When I first tried it I tried one pump and it didn't lather or feel like anything at all so I tried 2 pumps. I still didn't get any lather or really even any slip on my skin. It just doesn't feel like it's cleaning my skin at all. It feels like I'm just rinsing my skin with water. This is a hard pass for me.

The Erno Laszlo Refreshing Double Cleanser is a clear gel with floating suspended spheres. The spheres are encapsulated charcoal. There are also many natural exfoliants in the gel. The gel is provided in a clear, 3.3 ounce, pump dispenser. I applied the gel to my face, but washed it after about ten minutes when it started to tingle. It left my skin fresh and pink and my pores cleaned of excess oil. Very nice!

After being disappointed with their Clay Mask and Serum, I was not sure how this was going to turn out. Surprisingly this cleanser worked pretty well. When using this, less is more. Just the tinest of a pump is enough to create some suds to wash my whole face. It wasn't overly drying and didn't leave my face feeling tight. This is a great cleanse that is also gentle on your skin. The charcoal drops break open once you rub it onto your face. This helps with the deep clean. There is another cleanser by Laszlo that is quite similar and I’m not sure I can notice any difference.

The cleanser has a wonderful scent that reminds me of bubblegum. A small dollop of cleanser is enough to create a generous lather over my face and neck. It rinses easily and cleanly.
