I love these things, very expensive but the quality is excellent! The only complaint I don't like is how their logo is engraved on them as you can feel it when it's on the other side and wrap your fingers around it, it doesn't matter but it's there.

Perfect buy for me. With their help I can train the grip with my hands in many different ways. I use them with chalk and they are good. I like to cover them in chalk and then get to work. I didn't want to use rock style grips because of the cost and they are harder to grip anyway.

Great addition to my climbing workout. I use 18cm quick release rods to hang mine on hangers with 3/8 bolts. The 3" diameter is fine for my very large hands, although my pinky doesn't do much, but I'd really like to add some 4.5" or more for incline training. heavier on my shoulders than a fixed barbell, so I try not to use them every day of the week or go crazy. I'm still holding on after my 180 lb weight and life in a Texas garage, sometimes wet to 100 F. Wood is comfortable against the skin.
