ESCO 70162 Ringmaster Ring Installation Review

Bad welding. Two potholders ripped when first used. The weld on the main bolt has cracked and one of the nuts that the hex bolts fit into has cracked. Not good.

Overall too expensive for what you get - It's made of thinner material than it should be. I know the instructions say it's not a fender, but be careful if you're running old equipment with rusty rims. It will probably work great on new, clean wheels. I had to replace the snap rings and o-rings on two wheels. I bent it a bit the first time, and if I need it again I'll probably fix it up so it doesn't get any worse.
