There is one thing you should know that is not in the description.

If you are an existing Passport Radar Detector user then this is not a problem. It installs in 3 minutes and uses power from your detector so no wiring is required. The footage is fantastic. She even records the sound in the car. Here's one thing to consider before buying this camera. The maximum size of an expansion card that you can use is 32 GB. The description doesn't say it, but I bought 4 of these, put them in my machines, added 256GB cards, and every one of them failed. The included 16GB

Wanted to please, feel very lacking in competition.

I decided to get a dashcam because I travel a lot in New York and found it good to have with me in case of an accident. I really liked this dash cam as I own an Escort Max 360. I love how it connects directly to her so no extra cables are required, but my dash cam had an issue with the SD card and any SD card it would only write to. Good DVR for escort speed camera but overpriced

My wife and I have an escort speed camera in every car and although I have a Passport Max she has a 9500ix. Both rearview mirrors are mounted with BlendMounts. We've wanted dash cams for a long time, but we didn't like dash cams with suction cup mounts and cables dangling everywhere.
