Esmeyer 400 1657 Dispenser Portion Coffee Review

I wanted to reduce touch points in the office and was hoping it would be good for single serve milk jugs but this is for the European market determined and does not fit in the USA. Unfortunately they charge a 25% restocking fee and only refund 50% on return, with the remaining amount being "allowed" for a refund if the item is in perfect condition and unopened. How do I know if it suits my needs if I don't open it? I'll keep it and maybe use it as a ruler.
