Essential oxygen plus hydrogen peroxide 3%. just as good, minus the glycerin and sweeteners that were in Gly-Oxide. I use it as a mouthwash and gargle. I think I might as well use it for some of the other things other reviewers use it for - sounds interesting so I'll keep their recommendations in mind. The price is ok as it lasts a long time.

I've been taking about 1/3 dropper every morning for the last 3 months but don't know what it does if it does anything in general , but I think I get some use out of it. (?)
