Description of 🔄 Revolutionary ESUN ABS Photopolymer Printing Materials for Precise Additive Manufacturing

【ABS-Like Resin】Hardness 75-81D. High Toughness & Rigidity. High Impact Strength. Wear Resistance. High Mechanical Properties. Suitable for Printing Parts that Require Both Rigidity and Toughness. Compatible with Most LCD 3D Printers. 【High Precision & Low Shrinkage】eSUN ABS-Like Resin contains polyurethane acrylate monomers as to reduce volume shrinkage during the photocuring process , which ensures the high precision of the print model with smooth finish. 【Excellent Fluidity & Great Stability】Rapid Resin can quickly infiltrate models, improve print speed, shorten the curing time. Meanwhile UV resin has good combination of hardness and toughness, strong adhesion of the model and easy to detach after forming. 【Professional for LCD】Special designed for LED light source to achieve better printing quality. With high quality pigments and photo-initiators, the models printed with resin have a very pure and stunning color effect just like an artwork. 【Safe Packaging】Thickened aluminum bottle completely protected from light. Strong, break-resistant prints

Like most 405nm resins, this one smells bad, but I didn't find it any worse than other resins I've used. I used it for a curved lightbar for mount adapters for my jeep wrangler. I used cheaper resins when prototyping, which inevitably crack when tightened. Made from this resin, the end adapters did not crack and held tight even during tough off-road driving. I used the AnyCubic Photon Mono printer and initially had some problems because my slicer software was buggy and gave a 20 second exposure

Pros
  • Great value for money
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Absolutely Fantastic Resin. Prints very firmly and quickly (3 sec. exposure for 50 µm layer on Phrozen Mini 4k). Starch is much better than cheap stuff. I even tried making a screwdriver bit, it failed as expected, but it's fun to push the limits. A very nice color too. It is very easy to print with nFEP film. The first time the default assist size "light" was used in Cheatbox and SFSG.EDIT (3 months later) changed from 5⭐ to 3⭐. I used this resin to print some slow water spikes to attach to…

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price

I get nice, very accurate prints with this resin. I can see some shrinkage, if any, and the parts seem flexible even after the test I run when I repeat the supports. I've noticed some clumps of pigment in the resin, but they don't seem to have affected my prints so far. I wish the gray was a little darker, but that's a matter of taste. The smell is definitely more smelly. But I would still recommend installing activated carbon filters on your printer. I have attached my printing profile for…
