Powered by AT&T Fiber "Homerun" (the cable that leads to the modem outside the house). I used to work for AT&T so I was disappointed when they came out and did a crappy install (using old cables badly wired outside the house) (we just bought it). I replaced the line from the side of the house to the modem with this one. I went from an 8-10ms ping to a Speedtest dot net server to a constant 4ms ping and went from 550Mbps to 650Mbps down to about 880Mbps and 950 Mbps up. (Note that the old cable…

Flexible and high-quality cable! Highly recommended!

I needed a strong but flexible cable to run through the wall to my neighbor's router (I rent an apartment from a neighbor). The cable was PERFECT. Very flexible, but also very high quality. When I'm not using the cable I can easily roll it up into a nice neat roll (see photo - you can see not only how flexible it is but also where I had to route it through the wall) and it out of the cable keep out way. I teach English online so a wired connection is required. This cable is perfect and I highly

Good cable - well made

Well made cable, delivered as promised. While we were a bit disappointed that data speeds didn't increase immediately, that was due to issues with our ISP, not this cable. Some people report minor problems with cable twisting, but if you route the cable with some care, you won't have any problems. Very happy with this cable. Now to our internet provider.

Great cables: Ethernet cable

I bought 5 cables to run cables from the router to appliances in the basement that I am converting into a lounge area. I tested each cable with my laptop, turned off Wi-Fi and plugged in each cable. All five worked great. The cables came in resealable ziplock bags along with clips for attaching the cable to wood. The clips were also in a separate ziplock bag. A nice touch to having extra features stored in one place.

  • Questionable purchase for seniors

good cable For outdoor use, I'm not sure.

Not sure if I can trust it as an 'external' cable but it's pretty good and does its job well in terms of speed. I know Category 7 can handle speeds over 1 Gbps, but I didn't want to worry about signal degradation. It puts out a great 120MB/s signal on speed test websites. It's relatively flexible and bends easily around cables, but I wouldn't bend it too much. The endings are pretty good too. Gilding and all that useless stuff. =s. I'm assuming it's grounded internally because I can't see…

Updated Report - Computers and Accessories

Ordered two of these cables to connect to the projector. The first line worked great, no problems. The second line does not work at all or only briefly. I've tried different connections and restarted devices to no avail. Whenever another line was put in its place, everything worked perfectly. The row in error is returned. Update: I sent the cable back and was contacted by a company who offered to ship it to me for free. I had already ordered from another company so they sent me one to use as a…

Ideal for replacing smaller Ethernet cables

Excellent extra long CAT7 flat cable. Flat cables are great for running under rugs, rugs, or rugs (those plastic ties that look like things you find in computer labs, etc.). As it is CAT7 (bandwidth: up to 600MHz) it is also recommended to replace all smaller cables with the latest available category as future products will require the extended capabilities of higher category cables. CAT7 is backward compatible with all previous Ethernet cable categories. In other words, you don't have to worry
