I don't know what the problem is, but it hasn't worked yet. Both of my little humidifiers are full every time and it's completely dry. Read the manual and follow the instructions. Disappointing.

We brought it back. The plug was too hot after 12 hours of use. So hot we couldn't touch the cord. This is a fire hazard. They returned. Great idea or execution.

I started this and wasn't too impressed. I think I spoke to IT support and the fan is on a high speed setting. Now this device regulates the humidity in my closet very well.

I use this in a 10x12 foot basement. This is not enough for the room and the humidity. It works well but struggles a bit to keep up. I could see this working great in a closet or bathroom. Works much quieter than the compressor type. It uses much less energy.

That's wonderful. We connect it to the sink and run the hose directly into the drain. It's not an eyesore and works so well. Such a relief that there is no smell of mold when it is closed. We use our beach place every weekend. Anyone who has a spot on the beach will understand. I'm sure it will work just as well in any enclosed space you want to keep fresh.
